Ciclorama Wine Dinners with the World's Best Chefs!
We're honored to be a part of this series of Ciclorama events consisting of 5 long-awaited dinners featuring some of the World’s Best Chefs!
These specific events were organized by Alcalde Restaurant in Guadalajara, MX, to celebrate their 10-year anniversary.
The first event was on Friday, January 6th with Chef Virgilio Martinez of Central restaurant – rated number 1 on the list of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants!
Chef Paco Ruano of Alcalde cooked along Virgilio for this event. Alcade is considered the best restaurant in Guadalajara and is number 51 of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and number 41 on the Latin American version of this list.

The dinner consisted of 9 courses where different regions, ingredients, and textures were explored!
Diners enjoyed a number of unique creations, some of them paired with RG wines (from our vineyard in New York and in Mexico) because we are the official wine sponsor of many of these top chef events!
The second event was on Saturday, February 11th and for this edition the talented Chef Daniela Soto-Innes was creating in the kitchen alongside Paco Ruano.

In both the lunch and dinner seating, guests enjoyed a special menu curated and prepared by the talented chef duo. The courses were (of course) paired with RG wines including RGNY Sparkling White, RGNY Viognier, RGMX Naranja and RGMX Malbec.
Fun fact: This event’s special guest, Mexican Chef Daniela Soto-Innes, was considered the best female chef in the world in 2019 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

We’re excited for the rest of our upcoming Ciclorama events which are spread throughout the first quarter of 2023. The next edition will be on Saturday, March 18th featuring guest chef, Issac Mchale. Stay tuned, we’re excited to see what he cooks up then!
